Product Description

Rubber bale cutter is one of the raw material processing machines of rubber factory. It's mainly used in cutting the natural rubber or synthetic rubber into easy mixing small blocks to conform the requirements.
XQL-80 single knife rubber bale cutter has compact structure, easy operating, less wearing parts and easy maintenance. It is the essential machine for raw material possessing.
Safety Regulation for Operation 

To use this machine correctly and assure the safety of the cutting rubber, the operators must strictly enforce the following safety operating regulation, forbidding against the rule.
(1) Safety education for operators and teach them the instructions content according this machine, really understand the significance of safe operation.
(2) Before working the operators should carefully check the machine and know whether the machine is in good condition or not, then empty the machine and run a check.
(3) Check whether the hydro-cylinder is in good condition, whether have the leakage of oil in pipe connections.
(4) Hand-hold is strictly prohibited without limit switch contacts and checks the circuit and the insulation condition of electrical components.
(5) When working the operators should special attention to if sound and operation of this machine is normal.
(6) When operating, you should first put the rubber blocks below the cutting knife then press the button.
Press the button and start cutting rubber. When finished, rubber cutting tool touch the piece on the lower touches for switch, and rubber cutting knife return to its original position automatically.
