 The rubber mixing mill is a specialized piece of equipment widely used in the rubber and silicone processing industry. 1. Product Models and Parameters: The rubber mixing mill comes in multiple models, ranging from XK - 160 to XK - 710. Each model varies in aspects such as the working diameter and length of the rollers, the linear speed of the front roller, the roller speed ratio, the maximum roller gap, the amount of rubber added at one time, the power of the motor, and the overall dimensions. For instance, the XK - 160 model has a working diameter of 160mm for the rollers, a working length of 320mm, and a front - roller linear speed of 8.95m/min, meeting the production requirements of different scales and processes.
2. Core Working Principle: The main working components are two hollow or drilled rollers that rotate in opposite directions and inward. The front roller can move horizontally back and forth manually or electrically to adjust the roller gap, while the rear roller is fixed. The two rollers rotate relative to each other at different speeds. Raw rubber or rubber compounds are drawn into the gap between the two rollers and undergo plasticization or mixing through strong shearing forces. It is also used in the plastic processing industry.

The surface hardness ranges from HS 68 - 75, and after grinding, the surface is smooth. Moreover, the high hardness and wear resistance of the rollers ensure the long - term operation of the equipment.
   * Multiple Safety Protections: It is equipped with a comprehensive set of safety protection devices. The electrical protection system can automatically stop the equipment when it is overloaded. The roller safety protection device has a safety fuse that will break automatically when the pressure on the rollers exceeds the limit instantaneously, protecting the rollers and other major components. Additionally, a braking device is installed. In case of an emergency, pulling the safety lever can immediately stop the machine, reducing the risk of accidents.
