Portable Type Conveyor Belt Splicing Curing Press Machine
Conveyor Belt Vulcanizaing Press is composed of Pressure Bag, Steel Bolts, High Grade Aulminum Platens and Beams. Such belt splicing system is designed to be portable, easy to set-up and remove from the site.
Press Introduction
* Our machines are suitable for different fabric belt and wire rope belts of various sizes. Working pressure can reach to 200 PSI or above.
* Perfect assembly of the top and bottom frames, steel made and easily adjustable to different belt thicknesses.
* Heating System, it can reach fast heating of platens by means of silicoe heating elements. The elements get evenly to lock and compensate the loss of temperature. At the same time, to avoid heat concentratoon in the middle-part.
* Cooling System, water cooling system composed by a closed copper circuit, which helps water circulate all along the platens propelled by the water pump. This system makes the temperature lowering quicker, to reduce the time cost of the end users.
* Bolts and Nuts were made of 45#steel, easily adjustable to different belt thickness. Perfect assenbly of the top and bottom frames. Styeel made.
