Machine Structure
The rubber strainer consists of end, body, screw, reducer, coupling, motor, hydraulic head, base, water (steam) pipe and cabinet. The body features grooves between body and bush for steam or cooling water circulation, with replaceable bush components. A square feed hopper at the rear allows material to be pressed through the screen by screw rotation. The quick-lock bayonet type gear ring with hydraulic opening ensures efficient screen replacement for optimal output and quality.
