Mixing Chamber
Constructed from high-quality steel plates with "w" shape body and side boards, chrome-plated internal walls, and jacketed for cooling water or steam flow.
Regular Note Pump
Timing injection pump provides regular hydraulic oil injection to the sealing system for optimal lubrication.
Thermal Resistance
Plug-in thermal resistance or thermal couple in the chamber bottom connects to electrical system for temperature monitoring and control.
Rotor
Hollow Banbury-type blades with hard alloy welding on edges and side faces, chrome-plated and polished for durability.
Cooling/Heating System
Common piping system delivers cooling water or steam to rotor blades, mixing chamber jackets, and top ram.
Tilting Mechanism
Features rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm gear for 140° chamber tilting around front rotors.
