Product Introduction:

Carbon fiber plate is a high-strength fiber material suitable for aerospace, automotive, and other applications. It is produced by laying up carbon fiber prepreg in different orientations, then placing it in a press for high-temperature and high-pressure curing over a set period.

Presses for carbon fiber composite panels are available in single-layer and multi-layer configurations, with control via a PLC Human-Machine Interface (HMI) (configurable per customer requirements). The program supports sectional temperature control, sectional pressure control, and stepped temperature/pressure ramping.

Like standard vulcanizing machines, these units have complex electrical performance requirements, with a maximum heating temperature of 300°C. Electrical system: PLC touchscreen control + pressure transmitter. The main machine must be equipped with auxiliary cylinders.

The equipment first executes the preheating setpoint and preheating time.Preheating stage: The temperature differs between winter and summer; preheating the machine in advance facilitates subsequent heating, temperature rise, and constant-temperature operation.
