Bi-directional Tilting-Platen Rubber Flat Vulcanizing Press / Two-way Flip Plate Vulcanizing Press
The two-way flip plate vulcanizing press is a dedicated molding vulcanization equipment for rubber processing. Equipped with double-direction reversible heating platens, the machine can flip the mold from two sides, greatly facilitating material feeding and finished product unloading.
Driven by a high-precision hydraulic system, it ensures stable pressure output and consistent mold clamping force. The independent digital temperature control system accurately adjusts heating temperature to achieve even heat distribution across the entire plate, avoiding uneven vulcanization defects.
With integrated automatic flip and travel control functions, it reduces manual operation intensity and optimizes production cycle. This machine is suitable for mass production of various rubber finished goods including rubber footwear, shock-absorbing pads, silicone rubber fittings and industrial rubber accessories.
