2. The temperature= > Low temperature will lower the elasticity of polyurethane or rubber seal, cause leaks, and even the entire oil seal becomes hard and brittle. High temperature can make oil seal volume expansion, soft, cause movement oil seal friction resistance increase rapidly and reduce the compression capacity. Suggest polyurethane or rubber oil seal work continuously - 10 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃ temperature range.
3. Should= > Consider when pressure = "high pressure oil seal compression deformation, repellent extrusion ring, groove processing aspect also have special requirements. For get together ammoniac fat sealing the best working pressure in the range of 2.5 ~ 31.5 MPa.
4. Load=>Oil cylinder can bear larger load, seal and bearing ring in a completely different role, suggest polyurethane sealing ring to ensure that the cylinder can bear larger load.

Correct installation is a key factor affecting the performance and service life of the seal.Put in the piston rod seal ,Use a press tool to push the seal into the cavity
2....Care Note the following when keeping the seal:
1)Do not open the package when not required. Otherwise, the seal may be "dusty" or "scratched".
2) Keep in places where the humidity is low and avoid direct sunlight. UV and moisture can accelerate deterioration of rubber materials and size change and deterioration of resin materials.
3) When keeping opened products, be careful not to attach or mix, repackage as much as possible. Especially, nylon will change changes due to moisture absorption, so seal after storage. If moisture proof packaging, please contact US.
4)Do not place near hot heat sources such as boilers and heaters. Rubber materials will accelerate deterioration due to heat.
5)Do not place them near items such as motors that are prone to ozone production.
6) Do not hang with nails, wire, rope, etc., to deform the seal or injure the front end of the lip.
7)discoloration or white powder may occur during storage (frosting), but these conditions will not affect service performance.
8)The PTFE slip ring of the combined seal is easy to cause damage due to falling impact or external hard force. Please pay attention for use.
