Batch Off Cooler Machine For Making Rubber Tube

As a downstream auxiliary of internal mixer, it is mainly used for coating with release agent, cooling, drying;working with internal mixer, extruding sheeter, open mixing mill, etc.
1. The operation of coating with release agent, cooling, drying and pack stacking are performed in a signal machine and realize continuous production at high efficlency.
2. Cooling part is equipped with fans of low power, low noise and high wind pressure. It adopts packet start with good cooling effect.
3. Use of PLC and the frequency-control speed regulation make it easy to control the whole process.
4. There are floor type, overhead type, hang~up type, flat net type, etc to choose from according to customer's requirement.

1. Working conditions
1.1 Equipment use: The film is pressed, soaked, cooled and dried, and then placed (manually) for the next process.

1.2 Equipment use environment: altitude <1000m, the highest temperature is 40℃, the lowest temperature is 5℃; the relative humidity is up to 95%.
1.3 Power supply: AC380/AC220, 50Hz;

1.4 Cooling water: water temperature 25±5℃; water pressure 0.3-0.4MPa; consumption: 6m³/h.

1.5 Compressed air: pressure: 0.5～0.8MPa, consumption: 0.3m³/min

2. Overview of the main structure

1 )Access device:
It is used to pick up the film pressed out from the tablet press. The lifting and lowering of the swing pick-up frame is controlled by the air cylinder, which is convenient for operation; the speed of the pick-up can be adjusted manually, which can be matched with the speed of the tablet press and the rear lifting device.
2 )Pressing device:
Equipped with a triplet, a valve and a pressing cylinder, the cylinder is controlled by a solenoid valve to drive the action of the regulating pressure roller, so that the discontinuous films are pressed together, so that the films can be continuously produced.

3 )Soaking device: Function: Soak the film conveyed by the receiving device, and carry the release agent.

Equipped with an isolation agent tank, equipped with a cooling system, and connected to the cooling water source, the isolation liquid can be continuously cooled to control the temperature of the isolation liquid.
4 )Clamping and lifting device:

The device climbs and transports the film coated with isolation liquid to the air-cooled section, and the climbing device is lifted at a certain angle with the horizontal ground;

There is a water collecting tank under the climbing device, which can drain the excess release agent from the film back into the isolation tank.

The support belt has a jog reversal function to prevent the glue from being blocked at the glue inlet, and the film can be reversed and returned to the isolation agent tank, which is convenient for handling unexpected situations and reducing downtime and maintenance time.

5 )Air cooling device:

Composition: It consists of rack, cooling fan, hanging rod and hanging rod conveying device, wind deflector, etc.

The hanging rod adopts the welded structure of steel pipe, and the pin is installed on the hanging rod. The film is pressed by the pressure roller device in the air-cooling section, and the pin is fixed on the hanging rod to prevent the film from sliding off the hanging rod under the strong wind blowing.
