I. The purpose of this machine
The carton compression testing machine is used for the compressive strength performance test of corrugated cartons, packaging containers and transport packaging items. The testing machine has the functions of testing, displaying, remembering, data statistics processing and printing of all parameters included in various standards. It can directly obtain the statistical results of various data and is easy to operate.

The testing machine simultaneously meets the requirements of the following three basic testing functions:

Pressure test: It is used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the specimen. The testing machine automatically records the peak pressure and the deformation of the specimen under pressure.

Fixed value test: It can detect the overall performance of the box according to the set pressure or deformation amount, providing necessary test data for the design and selection of the box.

Stacking strength test: A certain pressure value is continuously applied to the sample within a specified period of time to determine the pressure-bearing durability of the sample under simulated packaging and storage conditions. According to relevant standards, stacking tests under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours can be conducted.

The preset test speed and return speed, as well as the free adjustment of the upper pressure plate position, make the test faster and more efficient.
The force sensor is located at the top and connected to the upper pressure plate. Users or metrology and calibration departments (third parties) can place the standard sensor between the upper and lower pressure plates to perform calibration operations, and then the indication error of this instrument can be easily calibrated.
