The right angled cutting tool belongs to the specialized sample making tool for material mechanics testing, mainly used for punching and making samples of various non-metallic materials such as standard rubber, plastic, silicone, film, waterproofing membrane, etc., to obtain rectangular and right angled strip samples, which are used for mechanical performance testing such as tension, tearing, peeling, and shearing, and support customized processing of non-standard sizes.

2. Product features
1. The blade body is made of high alloy mold steel, and undergoes overall quenching and tempering heat treatment. The blade edge is precision ground on both sides, with high hardness, sharp and durable edge, and is not easy to break during long-term punching.
2. The cut of the sample made by punching is straight and smooth, without curled edges, burrs, or gaps, to avoid test data deviation caused by blade damage and improve test repeatability.
3. Integrated structure, some models can be equipped with spring pressing device, which presses the sample tightly during punching to prevent the thin sheet material from slipping and shifting, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the sample.
4. After the blade wears out, it can be re ground and repaired, with simple maintenance and long service life.
5. Flexible specifications, including standard stock specifications and support for customers to provide drawings and samples for non-standard customization.
3 Applicable materials
Vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, silicone, TPU, PVC film EVA, Waterproof membrane, leather, non-woven fabric, various polymer thin film materials.
4 Instructions and Maintenance
It needs to be used in conjunction with a manual punching machine, pneumatic punching machine, or hydraulic punching machine, and cannot be directly cut by hand.
The sample is laid flat on the pad of the punching machine, with the cutting edge facing downwards, and pressure is applied to press and form it in one go.
Wipe the blade after use, apply anti rust oil, store separately, strictly prohibit bumping the blade, and prohibit cutting metal or hard materials to prevent blade breakage.
