Easy to Operate And Maintain Pipe Hydraulic Pressure Burst Tester
The Pipe Hydraulic Pressure Burst Tester is designed for long-term pressure and burst testing of plastic pipes and composite pipes. This equipment complies with ISO1167 and GB/T6111 standards for fluid plastic thermoplastic pipe endurance testing, and is applicable to relevant material standards. It can be used for pressure detection of PVC, PE, PPR, ABS, and composite materials.

Working Principle
The system stores pressure 2-3MPa higher than maximum branch pressure in an accumulator. After calculating test pressure based on sample ring stress, the microcontroller controls solenoid valves for rapid pressure increase. During filling phase, solenoid valves operate intermittently based on microcontroller data. The system automatically stops when pressure drops below set limits and includes functions for running, stopping, test completion, and break identification.
Equipment Components
The test machine consists of pressure control system, pressure source, temperature medium box, and fixture components. The pressure control system includes accumulator, solenoid valves, manual needle valves, and connecting pipes. Electrical control uses microcontroller, LCD, pressure sensors, and relays. The pressure source provides total pressure, while the thermostatic medium box features stainless steel construction with circulation pump and heating system.
