Brief Introduction

The MFY-05 features negative pressure test mode, automatic timing, automatic replenishment, and fully automated high-precision inspection drain devices. This equipment effectively tests and evaluates sealing processes and performance by comparing flexible parts, and is widely used in food, plastic flexible packaging, wet wipes, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other industries for tightness testing.

Test Principle
Through vacuum chamber evacuation, samples immersed in water generate external pressure. Observing gas escape from samples determines sealing properties. Alternatively, vacuum chamber evacuation creates internal and external pressure differences, causing sample expansion and shape recovery after vacuum release. Observing liquid infiltration determines sample sealing characteristics.
