The Bacteria Filtration Efficiency (BFE) Tester is developed based on international advanced design concepts and complies with YY 0469-2011, YY/T 0969-2013, and other standards. This instrument is primarily used by metrology verification departments, research institutes, medical mask production units, and related testing facilities to evaluate mask bacterial filtration efficiency performance. It features rapid and accurate measurement capabilities and is equipped with a bioaerosol generator and two Anderson 6-level samplers, meeting the requirements of ASTM F2100, ASTM F2101, EN14683, and other international standards.
The Mask BFE Tester utilizes advanced technology with industrial computer control. Its user-friendly interface and operational methods simplify testing procedures, while test results are displayed directly for convenient and intuitive analysis.
The system operates through an aerosol generating system, aerosol chamber, aerosol transmission device, negative pressure cabinet, and 28.3L/min sampler. The entire detection process is controlled by a console utilizing a microcomputer control system that coordinates and manages the aerosol generation, transmission, negative pressure cabinet, and sampling systems while displaying real-time operational status. All measurement operations are completed automatically.
