This machine is suitable for the cold resistance test of various footwear. The test method involves fixing the center of the insole with a thermocouple, filling the shoe with steel balls, positioning the shoes, and adjusting the bracket so the upper edge of the shoe aligns with the opening of the insulating box. The opening of the cryostat is sealed with a heat shield, cooled to the specified temperature, and the insole temperature change is recorded over 30 minutes.
