This machine is based on CJ/T3012-1993 "cast iron inspection manhole cover", CJ/T121-2000 "recycled resin composite inspection manhole cover" and JC889-2001 "steel fiber concrete inspection manhole cover", GB/T 23857-2009 "inspection manhole cover", etc. Designed by industry or national standards for testing the bearing capacity and deformation of the manhole cover. Its structural performance meets the requirements of the test specification.

1. The main machine adopts high rigidity structure to ensure the safety during the test.

2. The loading cylinder is placed below, and the height of the table is 300mm, which is convenient for taking and placing the manhole cover test piece.

3. The ball joint is connected between the rigid block and the push-out end of the piston to ensure the authenticity of the measured bearing capacity.

4. The special sealing material is used between the cylinder and the piston to achieve high sealing, low friction and long life.

5. the use of professional test oil pump motor unit, low noise and long life.

6. Use ultra-fine oil filter to ensure the cleanness of the oil circuit system to ensure long-term operation of the control actuator.

7. The digital display shows that the current force value, peak value, etc. are displayed in real time.
