Control system:
(1)intelligent-touch screen +PLC control testing time, testing frequency and extended time can be set and recorded by touch screen.It has the characteristic of high intelligent, menu type operation, simple intuitive and accuracy testing result
(2)time relay control model:Testing time, testing frequency and extended time are control by traditional relay to ensure accuracy of testing result.(burning time 0~999.9S,stop burning time:0~99.9s burning frequency:1~9999 extended time 0~999.9S)
Extended control system:
High accuracy extended burning control system(photographic control system),automatically records the time of stopping burning, and without record manually to reduce testing tolerances.
Temperature testing system:
(1)Thermal sensor(copper pipe and thermocouple)--Pipe construction of metallic copper with high conductivity, 20mm flame for 1.75 g pipe, 125mm flame for 10 g pipe.
(2)K-type thermocouple with 0.5mm diametrical stainless steel pipe as coat.
(3)Intelligent PID temperature list matched with K-type thermocouple, the indication could be more than 1000℃.
Burning air and air flow control system:
A,burning air:methane(purity of 98%,testify by supplier certification, thermal number is 998BTU
(British thermal unit)/cubic feet.37.1 per cubic meter mega joule(provide for oneself).
B,burning control system:
(1)main include: flow meter,pressure reducing valves
(2)Flow meter:emendation by D3195 criterion with a flow meter which accuracy is at lest 2%.Flow scale is 1000ml/min.
(3)Burning pressure reducing valves:1 EA, the air flow can be shift to 10 pound/cube inch.
