The Plastic Combustion Smoke Density Tester is a sophisticated testing equipment developed in accordance with GB/T 8323.2-2008 national standards. This instrument determines the specific optical density of smoke produced during plastic combustion, using maximum specific optical density as the test result to evaluate smoke emission performance under specified conditions.
The complete system includes a closed test chamber, photometric measurement system, radiation cone, combustion system, igniter, specimen holder, support frame, temperature measuring instrument, and specialized smoke density testing software. Developed with microcontroller technology, the instrument offers high technical content and stable performance.
Suitable for all plastics and other materials including rubber, textile coverings, painted surfaces, wood, and various solid materials. Widely used by production facilities and scientific research institutions in the plastics and materials industries.
