This testing machine simulates the friction generated between shoe components (front and heel parts) and ground surfaces during walking. The principle involves pressing shoe material or complete footwear against a standard tile with fixed force, adjusting to a specific angle, and then rapidly moving the tile while measuring friction changes via force sensors.
Test materials include finished shoes, outsoles, leather, top lifts, and more. Testing methods encompass both dry and wet conditions. Compatible floor materials include stainless steel, carpet, ceramic tiles, and other standard surfaces.
Compliant with GB/T 3903.6, GB/T2828, SATRA TM144 and other relevant standard requirements.
The specimen is placed on the test plane with glycerin as lubricant. After applying a given load, the test table moves horizontally relative to the specimen via transverse traction force. The system measures dynamic friction force and calculates the dynamic friction coefficient.
The software measurement system is practical, reliable, stable, flexible, and convenient, meeting diverse standard requirements. Data processing methods, result data, and test plans are managed via database. Equipped with a standard test reference library to accommodate current and future user requirements.
