Operational Safety Procedures
Verify oil tank levels meet required specifications before operation and conduct comprehensive equipment inspection
Monitor hot plate temperature during preheating and make adjustments only under qualified supervision
Exercise caution when placing molds between hot plates to prevent burns or crushing incidents
Position molds centrally on the flat plate and ensure operators stand at the center of the operating platform
Use appropriate tools for mold handling to prevent hand injuries and exercise care during mold opening procedures
Immediately power down equipment and report any malfunctions to qualified personnel
Complete proper shutdown procedures, clean work area, and document usage records after inspection
