The Vertical Flexible Tester utilizes the vertical free-fall hammer method to test the elasticity of rubber materials. First, adjust the tester level, then elevate to a specific degree of drop hammer. Place test films more than 14mm from the edge of the specimen. The first three tests are not recorded; record the fourth, fifth, and sixth rebound heights and average them.

What's the warranty statement?
Zhongli warrants all products manufactured by Zhongli to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months or 36 months after the date of original purchase. If repair or replacement is not possible or practical, Zhongli warranty covers ONLY the product itself. Zhongli will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Zhongli. Zhongli will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
What's the return policy?
All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order. Customers must report any damage within 7 days of receipt by sending digital photographs (-600x600-0.jpg) of damaged items. Customers must retain damaged merchandise, package, and shipping containers until the claim has been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claim beyond this 7-day period will not be deemed valid by ZhongLi.
