ASTM F1921 ASTM F2029 Packaging Material Hot Tack Tester Heat Seal Tester
The packaging material hot tack and heat seal performance tester is developed and manufactured according to ASTM F1921, ASTM F2029 and other standards. The test types that can be performed include (1) hot tack test, (2) heat seal test, (3) heat seal strength test, and (4) tensile test. Usually, when we do heat seal test, we put the sealed sample on the tensile machine for testing after the temperature drops to room temperature. At this time, the force value is often relatively large; some customers need to measure the sealing force after a specific time after sealing, that is, before the temperature drops to room temperature. This specific time is often the time interval between the first process and the next process on the production line. Such a test is called hot tack test.
Product Features:
1.The loading speed is steplessly adjustable from 0.1 to 1400 cm/min, accurately meeting the requirement of ASTM F1921 method B for hot-adhesive peeling speed of 1200 cm/min;
2.Dual heating mode, digital PID temperature control, more accurate and faster temperature control;
3.Adopting high-precision digital pressure sensor, digital display of heat sealing air pressure,
intuitive and accurate;
4.Adopting digital pressure controller, digital adjustment, can accurately adjust heat sealing air
pressure;
5.After the test, the average value, value, minimum value and standard deviation of the test results
can be calculated in groups, which is convenient for customers to conduct test data.
