Operation Instructions
  • Connect the power cable round plug to the instrument's three-core power socket
  • Insert the single-phase plug into the grid distribution board socket (ensure proper grounding)
  • Turn on the instrument power switch - indicator light confirms power connection
  • Connect aviation plugs to instrument socket and probe socket respectively
  • Ensure good contact between probe and workpiece surface before pressing magnetization button
  • Magnetization indicator light confirms successful workpiece magnetization
  • Turn off instrument power and main distribution board switch when not in use
Important Safety Notes
Critical: Ensure proper contact between probe and workpiece before activating magnetization. Poor contact may cause coil current surge, potentially burning fuses or damaging SCR components.
For magnetic pole spacing adjustment: loosen the butterfly nut on the adjustable joint, set the desired spacing, then securely tighten the nut before operation.
