The RDC6563FG-LITE is a standalone CNC fiber laser cutting controller by Ruida Technology, designed for stable and precise metal cutting.
It features a capacitive Z-axis automatic height system with fast response and accurate adjustment. The Linux-based interface offers intuitive operation, advanced motion control, large file storage, and multi-port IO, with optional Ethernet or USB communication.
Paired with RDCutist software, it supports jump cutting, flying cutting, and short-distance cutting without lifting, ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other sheet metal CNC laser cutting.

Supports 6-axis CNC motion with fully integrated digital Z-axis height control system, high-precision capacitive sensor, dynamic servo accuracy < 0.1mm, and detection accuracy < 0.01mm.
Automatic capacitance parameter calibration, compatible with any cutting head.
Adjustable layer parameters for cutting height and speed, meeting diverse metal cutting and fabrication requirements.
Supports multi-stage pierce, step pierce, and pulse pierce for precise processing.
Advanced cutting functions including frog cutting, flying cutting, and no-rise cutting.
Manual/continuous operation modes with speed adjustment keys for flexible control.
Optimized for metal processing techniques such as die-cutting, pre-piercing, and precision sheet metal cutting.
