The D11.8E9 is a ceiling-suspended unit cooler engineered specifically for low-temperature cold storage rooms, commercial freezing facilities, and quick-freezing logistics centers operating down to -35°C. Delivering a nominal cooling capacity of 11.8 kW, this cold storage indoor unit ensures rapid heat removal and tight temperature control to prevent product degradation under heavy thermal load conditions.
In low-temperature freezing environments, rapid ice accumulation on evaporator fins chokes airflow, increases defrost frequency, and drastically escalates operating power draw. The D11.8E9 addresses this operational bottleneck with a wide 9 mm fin pitch (3 FPI) structure coupled with three φ500 mm low-temperature axial fans. Operating at 3×414 W, these fans deliver a powerful total air volume of 21,000 m³/h with a 12-meter air throw, ensuring deep, uniform cold air circulation while delaying frost bridge formation.
Equipped with an integrated 12.6 kW electric defrost system featuring stainless steel heating elements and low-temperature epoxy-encapsulated wiring, the D11.8E9 guarantees rapid, complete ice removal. Every coil undergoes rigorous factory water-tank pressure testing at 2.8 MPa, features IP55 fan motor protection, and supports multi-refrigerant operation including R507A, R404A, R23, R134a, and R22.
