The FNV-280 is a heavy-duty V-type split air-cooled condenser engineered specifically for commercial heat pump air conditioner mainframes, large industrial water chillers, and district cooling/heating installations. Delivering a nominal 92.4 kW heat exchange capacity across an expansive 280 m² surface area, it provides robust condensing stability across multi-season thermal demands when operating with R407C, R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 refrigerants.
Large-scale heat pump and air conditioning systems often face severe head pressure spikes and excessive electrical consumption during extreme outdoor ambient conditions. The FNV-280 solves these operational challenges with its 4×16 multi-circuit copper tube geometry and three heavy-duty φ600 mm axial fan motors. Delivering a massive total air volume of 29,400 m³/h at 3×780 W motor power, it ensures rapid heat rejection while keeping total system energy consumption optimized.
Constructed with inner-grooved copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-efficiency aluminum fins, the FNV-280 guarantees exceptional thermal conductivity and long service life. Every coil assembly undergoes 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks to ensure complete leak-free safety under continuous load cycling. Featuring large-diameter refrigerant connection pipes and an electrostatic powder-coated casing, it resists harsh weather, UV rays, and outdoor industrial environments.
