The FNV-350 features an advanced double-layer vertical frame architecture engineered for low-temperature commercial freezers and blast freezer condensing units. Delivering a nominal 115.5 kW heat exchange capacity across an expansive 350 m² heat transfer surface, its upper V-type coil provides superior thermal efficiency, while the spacious lower base offers dedicated internal clearance for mounting heavy compressors, liquid receivers, and manifold accessories to optimize floor space.
Engineered to handle high mass-flow rates in low-temperature freezer systems, the FNV-350 utilizes a 4×18 multi-circuit copper tube arrangement to minimize gas-side friction. Powered by three φ630 mm external rotor axial fans producing a total air volume of 33000 m³/h at 3×800 W power, it ensures rapid thermal rejection and steady liquid subcooling.
Built with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-grade alloy corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-350 guarantees maximum heat conductivity and structural rigidity. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic underwater pressure tightness testing to confirm absolute zero-leak safety. Its heavy-duty steel casing is finished with high-temperature electrostatic powder coating for long-term resistance against outdoor weathering and corrosion.

The V-type configuration maximizes fin surface area within a compact machine frame width, drawing cool ambient air from both sides and discharging heat straight upward, preventing thermal stagnation around high-duty freezer compressors.
The enlarged header connections accommodate heavy mass-flow refrigerant vapor without causing high backpressure, accelerating condensate drainage into the receiver and maintaining stable suction/discharge ratios.
The elevated lower housing provides a spacious 2800 × 1000 mm footprint with heavy structural steel channels, enabling engineering contractors to mount semi-hermetic or scroll parallel compressor sets directly underneath the condenser.
