The FNV-260 is an advanced V-type double-layer air-cooled condenser engineered for commercial refrigeration condensing units and multi-compressor racks. Delivering a nominal 85.8 kW heat exchange capacity across a 260 m² surface area, its upper V-shaped coil provides high-efficiency heat rejection, while the elevated lower compartment offers dedicated internal mounting space for compressors and refrigeration manifolds, maximizing machine room floor utilization.
Engineered to prevent system high-pressure trips during summer peak loads, the FNV-260 features three φ550 mm external rotor axial fans that deliver a total air volume of 24,900 m³/h at 3×600 W motor power. Its 4×16 multi-circuit copper tube layout maintains balanced refrigerant velocity and low friction loss for R404A, R507A, R134a, R407C, and R22 systems, lowering operational power consumption.
Constructed with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-grade alloy corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-260 achieves high thermal contact and structural durability. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic underwater pressure tightness testing to ensure complete zero-leak protection. Its heavy-duty steel casing is finished with high-temperature electrostatic powder coating for resistance against outdoor weathering, rain, and UV radiation.
