The FNV-200 utilizes a double-layer vertical frame architecture engineered for commercial and industrial refrigeration condensing units. Delivering a nominal 66 kW heat dissipation capacity across a 200 m² heat exchange surface, its V-type upper coil provides high cooling efficiency, while the spacious lower compartment provides dedicated clearance for mounting compressors, receivers, and piping manifolds to optimize machinery room space.
Equipped with three φ500 mm external rotor axial fans, the FNV-200 generates a high-volume airflow of 19,500 m³/h at 3×414 W motor power. Its 4×14 multi-circuit copper tube geometry balances internal refrigerant flow for R404A, R507A, R134a, R407C, and R22 systems, ensuring rapid thermal discharge and steady condensing pressures under heavy operating loads.
Built with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-grade aluminum fins, the FNV-200 ensures maximum thermal conductivity and structural durability. Every unit undergoes mandatory 3.0 MPa pneumatic underwater pressure tightness testing to guarantee zero refrigerant leakage. The electrostatic powder-coated steel casing provides long-term protection against outdoor weather exposure, UV rays, and atmospheric corrosion.
