The FNV-220 is a heavy-duty V-type split air-cooled condenser engineered specifically for commercial central air conditioning mainframes, large cold storage installations, and industrial process cooling systems. Delivering a nominal 72.6 kW heat exchange capacity across an expansive 220 m² surface area, this unit maintains optimal condensing pressure for systems operating with R407C, R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 refrigerants, ensuring uninterrupted cooling under demanding thermal loads.
Commercial HVAC mainframes and large cooling setups frequently face heat buildup, elevated head pressure, and severe energy loss during hot ambient seasons. The FNV-220 directly resolves these operational challenges through its 4×16 multi-circuit copper coil structure and three φ500 mm axial fans producing a total air volume of 19,500 m³/h. Operating at 3×414 W motor power, this system delivers efficient thermal rejection while significantly lowering power consumption.
Built with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-220 guarantees exceptional thermal conductivity and long operating life in outdoor environments. Every unit undergoes mandatory 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks prior to shipment to ensure total leak-free reliability. Its electrostatic powder-coated casing effectively withstands weather elements and atmospheric corrosion.
