Equipped with a factory-configured 1-3/8 in economizer interface, this 100 HP semi hermetic screw compressor supports subcooling operation. The economizer mechanism significantly enhances cooling capacity and operational efficiency under both full and partial system loads.
Utilizing a dual solenoid valve control system, the compressor provides precise three-stage unloading (100%, 66%, and 33%). This dynamic load-matching flexibility ensures continuous efficiency and stable temperature regulation under variable cooling demand.
Built with premium SKF or NSK rolling bearings and high-capacity thrust bearings, the drive assembly handles heavy continuous axial loads. An internal check valve prevents shutdown back-spin, while a built-in safety valve, oil filter, and muffler safeguard internal components and reduce noise levels.
Designed for global voltage adaptability, this heavy-duty semi hermetic screw compressor motor supports Star-Delta and Direct-On-Line (DOL) startup modes. Embedded NTC thermistors offer real-time winding thermal monitoring, while suction strainers ensure clean gas flow.
