The shell is made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet with plastic-sprayed surface, which has excellent corrosion resistance and a neat appearance, adapting well to the humid environment inside medium-temperature cold rooms. The smooth surface is not easy to accumulate dust, which facilitates daily cleaning and meets the hygienic requirements of food storage scenarios.
High-Efficiency Heat Exchange Core Technology
Built with industry-leading heat exchange structure, this G6 series evaporator adopts internally threaded copper coils with staggered arrangement, which increases the internal heat exchange area and reduces oil film coefficient, greatly improving overall heat transfer efficiency. The fins use a louvered design with double sine wave shape and corrugated edges, further enhancing heat transfer performance. With 4.5mm fin spacing optimized for medium-high temperature working conditions, it maintains stable heat exchange efficiency while slowing down frost accumulation, reducing the frequency of defrosting cycles. Each unit undergoes a 2.8MPa pressure test with clean air before leaving the factory, ensuring stable and leak-free operation for long-term use.
Reliable Operation & Low-Maintenance Performance
Equipped with a low-temperature resistant external rotor motor, this small cold room evaporator features high operating efficiency, large air volume and low noise, which will not cause noise disturbance to the surrounding working environment. The motor has an IP55 waterproof rating and F-class insulation grade, with an applicable temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, ensuring stable operation even in fluctuating cold storage environments. It adopts electric defrosting with stainless steel heating tubes, equipped with insulated joints and ultra-low temperature epoxy resin wires, and a separate defrosting heating tube is installed on the water tray to ensure thorough defrosting and smooth drainage. It is compatible with multiple refrigerants including R507A, R404A, R134a and R22, which can flexibly match different refrigeration unit configurations.
