The FNH2-120 central air conditioner condenser is engineered for ultra-large commercial HVAC mainframes, district chilling plants, and industrial multi-compressor refrigeration racks. With an exceptional 39.6 kW heat rejection capacity across a 120 m² surface area, it effectively eliminates heat accumulation in massive cooling circuits to maintain stable indoor environmental temperatures.
During extreme summer conditions, insufficient thermal transfer can lead to high discharge pressure trips and system downtime. This high-performance condenser incorporates twin 550mm high-power fans driven by 2×600W motors, delivering an impressive 2×8300 m³/h airflow. Every unit undergoes 3.0 MPa pneumatic gas tightness testing to ensure pressure stability and zero refrigerant leakage.
Engineered with a dense 6×16 ring circuit array of inner-grooved copper tubes expanded into corrugated aluminum fins, this heavy-duty condenser optimizes heat exchange efficiency while minimizing internal air resistance. Featuring 25mm intake and 22mm liquid outlet pipe connections along with a powder-coated protective steel housing, it ensures long-term corrosion resistance in demanding outdoor installations.
