In continuous low-temperature operations, rapid heat accumulation can trigger elevated condensing pressure and compressor safety trips. To resolve these operational challenges, this high-efficiency deep freezer condenser utilizes twin 450mm axial fans driven by 2×250W motors, delivering a powerful 2×4800 m³/h airflow. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic gas tightness testing to guarantee zero gas leakage and reliable pressure stability.
Built with seamless inner-grooved copper tubes mechanically bonded to corrugated aluminum fins in a dense 5×14 circuit configuration, this reliable deep freezer condenser optimizes heat exchange efficiency while minimizing air resistance.
