The FNH2-100 central AC condenser is engineered for large-scale commercial central air conditioning mainframes, multi-compressor chilling plants, and industrial process cooling systems. Featuring a massive 33.1 kW heat rejection capacity across a 100 m² heat exchange area, this heavy-duty unit efficiently handles peak cooling demands and maintains steady discharge pressures across extensive building cooling networks.
Under continuous summer peak loads, insufficient heat rejection leads to elevated condensing pressure and frequent system cut-offs. To eliminate these operational bottlenecks, this high-performance central AC condenser utilizes twin 500mm axial fan units powered by 2*414W motors, generating a strong forced airflow of 2*6500 m³/h. Combined with 3.0 MPa factory pneumatic tightness testing, it guarantees continuous operational stability and leak-free pressure retention.
Constructed with seamless inner-grooved copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-efficiency aluminum fins in a dense 5*16 row arrangement, this robust central AC condenser maximizes thermal exchange rates while maintaining low airflow resistance. Equipped with large 25mm intake and 22mm liquid outlet connections, its powder-coated steel casing protects internal components from weather corrosion in outdoor installations.
