The DSL-16.4/80 high efficiency evaporator refrigeration is a dual-outlet ceiling-mounted unit designed for 80㎡ medium-large medium-temperature cold storage, such as pre-made food refrigerated warehouses, fresh produce distribution centers and large catering central kitchens. With a nominal cooling capacity of 16400W and dual 6500m³/h air supply outlets, it achieves wide-range uniform air coverage, effectively reducing temperature stratification in tall cold rooms and maintaining stable storage conditions for perishable goods.
Medium-large cold storage with frequent cargo access often faces problems like large cooling load fluctuations and fast frost formation on heat exchange surfaces, which will reduce refrigeration efficiency and increase operation costs. This evaporator refrigeration adopts an optimized dual-fan dual-air duct structure to quickly compensate for temperature rise caused by door openings, and is equipped with a split electric defrost system to keep stable heat exchange performance under long-term continuous operation.
As a reliable medium-temperature evaporator refrigeration, it is built with seamless copper heat exchange tubes and 4.5mm corrosion-resistant aluminum fins, delivering excellent heat transfer efficiency and anti-rust performance to adapt to high-humidity fresh storage environments. It is compatible with common refrigerants such as R22, R404A and R134a, and can be easily matched with various standard condensing units. The ceiling-mounted installation saves floor space maximally, and the integrated drain pan with heating function prevents condensate icing and blockage, lowering daily maintenance workload.
