The SP4HF1000 semi hermetic compressor delivers robust performance and stable thermal balance for demanding commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Equipped with dual-step capacity control, the compressor allows quick output adjustments between 100% full capacity and 50% partial load. This enables precise matching with fluctuating system thermal loads, reducing electrical consumption during off-peak cycles.
Built with an INT6982 electronic protection module, the system continuously monitors motor status to protect windings from overheating and electrical overload. Motor cooling is enhanced by utilizing returning suction gas across the motor housing before compression, maintaining lower operating temperatures and extending motor service life.
Featuring specialized sliding journal bearings and thrust washers, the mechanical driveline is built for high load endurance and low-noise running. High-wear-resistant surface treatments combined with continuous oil lubrication support a design lifespan of 60,000 to 80,000 operating hours.
