The 25327358 non-heated zirconia oxygen sensor (Lambda / O2 sensor) is engineered for first-generation single-point EFI systems used on Chevrolet Sail, Buick Sail and a wide range of Chinese light commercial vehicles. It measures the oxygen content of the exhaust stream and delivers a 0.1–0.9 V switching signal to the ECU, enabling closed-loop fuel control.
Because the sensor has no internal heater, the ceramic element is brought up to operating temperature by exhaust gas heat alone — the original design used on single-point injection applications. The body is a stainless-steel shell with a zirconia ceramic element and a platinum electrode, protected against contamination by a spinel coating.
