2CY series gear oil pump is a positive displacement rotary pump designed for transferring various lubricating fluids. It features compact structure, stable performance, low noise, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The 2CY gear pump consists of a pump body, front/rear covers, driving gear, driven gear, bearings, and safety valve. As the gears rotate, the space at the suction side increases, creating a vacuum that draws fluid into the pump. The fluid is then carried between the gear teeth to the discharge side, where the space decreases, forcing the fluid out under pressure. The built-in safety valve provides overload protection by relieving excess pressure back to the suction side.
