High Light Single Screw Progressive Cavity ，Cast Iron Wear Resistant Body ，High Viscosity Sludge Transfer

G25-1 Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump

The G25-1 is a positive displacement progressive cavity single screw pump engineered for continuous, pulse-free transfer of high viscosity, abrasive and shear sensitive media. With a cast iron body and a 316L stainless steel rotor running inside a moulded rubber stator, it delivers stable flow even with high solid content sewage sludge.

  • Pulse-free, reversible flow with minimal shear to the medium
  • Cast iron housing with wear resistant 316L stainless steel rotor
  • NBR / EPDM stator, replaceable in minutes without disturbing the pipeline
  • Self-priming and able to run dry for short periods
  • Direct coupled 5.5kW motor, 380V 50Hz three phase
  • Single or double mechanical seal options
