Director Group steel structure aircraft hangar features high fire resistance and strong corrosion resistance. The main bearing components are composed of steel, including steel columns, beams, and roof trusses, connected by welds, bolts, or rivets.
The roof and wall can be made of composite panel or veneer. Galvanized sheet metal prevents rust and corrosion, while self-tapping screws ensure tight connections between plates to prevent leakage. Composite panels with polystyrene, glass fiber, rock wool, or polyurethane insulation offer excellent thermal insulation and fire-retardant properties. Brick walls are also available at higher cost.
Applications include large-scale workshops, warehouses, supermarkets, entertainment centers, and modular steel structure garages.
