Raw material quality control: Thickness tolerance <0.25mm, yield and tension strength testing, third-party inspection certificates.
Fabrication quality control: 100% dimensional testing (<1mm tolerance), 20% ultrasonic and magnetic powder welding tests.
Surface treatment: SA 2.5 shot blasting, primer application within 5 hours, dry film thickness >75μm.
Pre-assembly: Comprehensive testing of all connection details.
All structural components, panels, bolts, and accessories are packed in standard export packages suitable for ocean transportation in 40'HQ containers. Our skilled workers use cranes and forklifts to ensure safe loading without damage.
