This white powder coated integral inner back plate is the main mounting base frame of tankless instant gas water heater. Made of thickened cold rolled steel with full anti-rust white powder coating, it adopts integrated stamping and bending process with complete reserved mounting holes, ventilation heat dissipation slots and positioning buckles. All core internal components of the water heater including burner assembly, exhaust fan, gas proportional valve, main control board and flow sensors can be fixed on this plate uniformly. The heat dissipation slotted design solves the problem of heat accumulation inside the equipment, while the anti-rust coating resists long-term steam and flue gas erosion.
