Installation Services
Professional installation provided by AGMT company engineers after shipment arrival. Factory must be fully prepared with all necessary requirements before scheduling installation. Includes one-day training course for operation and maintenance procedures.
Training cost: US$80/person/day plus local transportation, round trip air tickets, and hotel room & board. Day charges include travel days.
Service Guarantee
12-month warranty on all mechanical parts (excluding electrical/electronic components and normal wear items). Warranty begins from shipment date (B/L date) and covers replacement of defective parts after construction fault verification. Warranty void if customer performs unauthorized replacement, modification, or repairs.
Packaging & Delivery
Machines are fully installed and tested before packaging in secure wooden boxes with metal frames for container shipping. Inner packaging uses stretch film with export-grade wooden boxes (non-fumigation). Ready-to-use upon arrival - simply connect electrical wiring and air source to begin operation.
