Installation Services
Professional installation is provided by AGMT company, including a comprehensive one-day training course covering operation and maintenance procedures. Installation services are priced at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, round-trip air tickets, and hotel accommodations. Installation scheduling occurs after shipment arrival, requiring the factory to be fully prepared with all necessary requirements before booking with EAGLE company. Our engineers perform complete final installation on-site.

Service and Guarantee
We provide complete customer guarantee and after-service support. Our packaging machines include a 12-month warranty covering all mechanical parts (excluding electrical/electronic components and normal wear items). The guarantee period commences from the shipment date (B/L date) and is limited to replacement of defective parts following construction fault verification. Warranty coverage excludes customer modifications, replacements, or repairs performed without proper authorization. Cause inspection for part breakdowns is exclusively handled by our manufacturing company, ensuring reliable product performance and customer satisfaction.
