This automatic packing system consists of a ration packing scale with complementary components: conveyor, hemming machine, and heat seal machine. Utilizing conveyor feeding technology, the system is specifically designed for materials with poor fluidity, including powdery and granular substances. Key components include the conveyor, weighing and clamping box, computer control system, and pneumatic actuators.

High-speed quantitative separation and packaging of crystals, granules, loose materials, and small pieces with good fluidity. Ideal for fertilizer, agrochemical, feed, chemical raw materials, plastic granules, seeds, grain, sugar, and related industries.
Working Principle
Specifically engineered for materials with poor fluidity and dual-purpose powder/granule packaging. The belt feeding system delivers material to the weighing hopper or packaging bag. When the preset weight is reached, the feeding belt automatically stops. The bag gripper releases, the filled bag is conveyed away, and sealing is completed with manual assistance.
