Working Principles
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially designed for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Feeding is controlled by pneumatic arc door or vibration based on sensor feedback signals. Material is graded into the weighing bucket or packaging bag, and when the set weight is reached, feeding stops automatically. The bag clamper then opens automatically, and the bag is conveyed away for sealing.

Installation Services
EAGLE company provides professional installation services after shipment arrival. Factory must be equipped with all necessary requirements before scheduling installation. Our engineers perform complete final installation and provide one-day training for operation and maintenance procedures. Service charges are $80-100/person/day plus transportation, air tickets, and accommodations.
Packaging and Delivery
Machines are protected with inner stretch film and export wooden boxes with metal frames (non-fumigation wood) to prevent damage during transit. Upon receipt, simply connect electrical wires and air source to begin operation. Shipping ports include Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanchang, or other requested ports.
Customer Service & Support
We provide 12-month warranty for all mechanical parts (excluding electrical/electronic components and normal wear items). Warranty begins from shipment date (B/L date) and covers replacement of defective parts.
