Working Principles
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is designed for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Feeding is controlled by pneumatic arc door or vibration, with sensor feedback signals controlling the graded material flow into the weighing bucket or packaging bag. When the set weight is reached, feeding stops and the bag is automatically released and conveyed for sealing.
