The SXP50G Machine Unit Line consists of the main weighing machine, 3-meter belt conveyor, and automatic sewing machine. Installation Services
Professional installation is provided by EAGLE company after shipment arrival. The factory must be equipped with all necessary requirements before scheduling installation. Our engineers will complete the final installation on-site and provide a one-day training course covering operation and maintenance procedures.
Installation service cost: US$80/person/day plus local transportation, round-trip air tickets, and hotel room & board. Day charges include travel days.
Machine Main Components
Our packaging machine accessories utilize famous brands including AirTAC pneumatic elements, German/Unipulse HMI (color touch screen panel), Schneider electric components, and 3-4 Toledo load cells (max weight 200kg/pc, IP67 rating). The bagging machine is designed for stable operation for up to 10 years.
Packaging and Shipping
Each packing machine is fully installed and tested before shipment. The complete system is packed in large wooden boxes within containers. Inner packaging includes stretch film protection, while outer packaging features export-grade wooden boxes with metal frames (non-fumigation wood) to prevent damage during transit.
Upon receipt, no additional installation is required - simply connect electrical wiring and air source to begin operation. Shipping ports available: Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanchang, or other requested ports.
