Machine Characteristics
The SXP50G Machine Unit Line consists of the main weighing machine, a 3-meter belt conveyor, and an automatic sewing machine. This complete system is ideal for packaging PP woven bags and is primarily suitable for granular materials. The machine finds extensive application in seeds, grains, feed mills, chemical granular products, and environmentally protective granular products markets.
The main machine frame can be customized in SS304 Stainless Steel or painted carbon steel, with customers having the option to choose their preferred paint color.

Installation Services
Professional installation services are provided by AGMT company. During installation, a comprehensive one-day training course is included for operation and maintenance procedures.
Installation service is priced at US$100 per person per day, plus all local transportation, round-trip air tickets, and hotel room and board. Day charges include travel days. Installation must be scheduled after shipment arrival, and the factory must be fully equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with our engineers.

Packaging and Shipping
Shipping ports include Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanchang, or other ports as required. Each packing machine undergoes complete installation and testing before shipment, then is securely packed in large wooden boxes within containers.
Inner packaging includes stretch film, while outer packaging features export-grade wooden boxes with metal frames for enhanced safety (non-fumigation wood). This packaging method ensures the machine arrives intact and ready for operation without requiring reinstallation.
Customer Service & Support
We provide complete customer guarantee and comprehensive after-sales service. Our packaging machines come with a 12-month warranty covering all mechanical parts (excluding electrical and electronic components and normal wear items). The warranty period commences from the shipment date (B/L date).
The guarantee is limited to replacement of defective parts after verification of manufacturing faults. Please note that the guarantee becomes void if customers proceed with replacement, modification, or repair of parts without proper authorization. Cause analysis for any trouble or breakdown is exclusively handled by our manufacturing company.
